Regular Machine Maintenance

While performing adjustments and minor repairs the machine technician will clean all functioning parts of a gutter machine for proper operation. This type of cleaning does not include cosmetic and ”housekeeping” cleaning. First time purchasers of a new gutter machine from Senox will be provided one free cleaning to teach them how to clean and care for their machine. Machine adjustments can correct or prevent most alignment issues.

Major Gutter Machine Repairs

Repairs that take longer than two hours to perform are considered major gutter machine repair.

• Roller replacements.
• Motor replacements.
• Shaft replacements.

If major repairs are needed, an appointment should be scheduled with the Austin Machine Service Department.

Scheduled Gutter Machine Service

Our fully stocked service van visits each Senox branch four times a year to service your machine. Time slots are limited during the quarterly visit and a reservation is highly recommended. Ask the branch manager about signing up for the next available time slot.
