Downspout Diverter System

The Downspout Diverter System and the Diverter Selector Valve are easy options to direct rainwater to your rain barrel.

Add a Diverter to Any Rain Barrel

Drill a Hole in the Downspout

The Downspout Diverter must be level to the water inlet on the rain barrel.

Insert the Diverter

Squeeze the Diverter into the downspout, making sure that collection cup faces up.

Connect the Hose

Install the fill hose seal on the rain barrel and connect the diverter to the rain barrel.

Connect Two Barrels to the Same Downspout

The Diverter Selector Valve was designed to work perfectly with the downspout diverter system. Control the direction of the rainwater with a turn of the knob.
Direct rainwater to both rain barrels at the same time or simply switch modes to direct water to only one of the barrels. One side of the valve will close, while the other allows rainwater to flow.
